The camp is led by Reverend Simon Lawton and his wife Julia. Simon is the minister and founding Pastor of the New Life Community Church in Crewe where he has been pastor for 12 years. Simon loves sport and footie especially (he's chaplain at Crewe Alex) and first came to camp in 1970 as a 7 year old boy! He's a Leicester City fan and his other loves in life include Julia, his five kids and Alfie (their little black dog). As for Julia, she plays a key supporting role at New Life and lists her interests as shopping, shopping and more shopping!

They head up the team of experienced staff, many of whom have been helping for years.
